The best thing was that everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand; in plain English! The staff was professional and courteous. I was not pressured into buying anything that I did not need or want. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to returning to Computer Solutions.

Good Customer Service. I was very please with the service. I've had no problems with my computer since the repairs. Best Buy wanted to charge me twice the amount to send it off.

Great Price and Service. I’ve been getting my computers fixed for sometime from Computer Solutions and each time I get great service. I value Computer Solutions honesty and their ability to explain what is going on with my computer without using tech words that I want understand.

Great Service, got free software. Great service, I took my computer in on thursday this week for virus removal and friday I was able to pick it up. The really cool thing is that i got free anti virus software and they even showed me how to prevent the problem from happening again. Their location was a little hard to find but, it was worth it.

HORRIBLE. Dealing with the owner of this company was the worst experience ever. He used underhanded tactics with complete utter lack of professionalism or competence. His computer skills are seriously lacking. This business is completely low class, unprofessional, unethical...Would NEVER recommend to anyone. BUYER BEWARE! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!

Shady. A friend of mine worked for him and she had a hard time getting any pay out of him at all. Her last paycheck she hasn't even received as of yet. This IS BAD BUSINESS people. Very shady.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS, underhanded business practices. look on fb for a group "Pay Me Joel Gulick" for futher details

a group started by me. I have been waiting for my final check from him & haven't been paid as of yet. I am not the only one.

He doesn't fix your computer, he only patches it & makes it to where it crashes & you have to return to him.

If you have had terrible experiences with him/this business, feel free to join this group! I hope this review stays up because it's real & I'm only trying to alert everyone to how terrible this business really is.
