I've been working with Pollak Photography for 5 years. Her pictures are phenomenal, and she is incredibly adept at bringing out even the shyest child's personality. Her photos do not seemed staged, posed, etc... The spontaneity of each situation shines through each photograph. And Erica is an absolute pleasure to work with!

Erica has photographed our family for the past 7 years since we bought a vacation home down here. We look forward to setting up our session with her every year. Our children laugh till their sides hurt during photo shoots with her. Her photography has touched our hearts for years. We actually have an entire staircase wall dedicated to work done by Erica. It brings us so much joy.

She is amazing and very cutting edge. I could not be happier with the photo shoot she did with my family. I love her! She is amazing and I will pass her information along to everyone. I am so glad we picked her to document such an amazing time in our life. Thanks again Erica!!!

WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR PHOTOS EITHER. My wife and I were married in March, 2007 in Savannah, GA and hired Erica Pollak doing business as Pollak Phototgraphy to preserve the photographic memories of one of the most special days my wife and I have ever spent together. It is now 9 months later, none of our emails or phone calls have been returned since the wedding save for 1 email in May. We have even tried third party organizations with ties to this business, all with zero results. We have filed a complaint with the Gov't entity that receives such things in regard to businesses, see their website for the 5 other complaints filed against this business (I'm sure you know the one I'm referring to). We too have paid in full and have absolutely nothing to show for it save for a few photos relatives took. All that we have requested is a CD containing all the photos that were taken in raw format so we could print them ourselves; we still have not received that CD. Pollak Photography seems willing to take your money but fails to deliver the product. you signed a contract for. Buyer be warned if you are thinking of using this company and their services, if you are still thinking about it be sure to exercise due diligence and do your research before spending your money on memories that you may never get to see. We are now escalating matters in pursuit of what is rightfully ours. If you are one of the unlucky ones and have found yourself in our situation, feel free to contact us as well. Being sued for Fraud.. Our wedding was in July 2006 and Erica will not give us our pictures. We have paid her in full (I now regret), and she has stopped all communication with us. We are now suing her in civil court, but we just found out that there are more people she is doing this to. Don?t be a victim STAY AWAY. If you are a victim please write an e-mail to me at rhettl2005@yahoo (don't for get the last part com) I will give you more information about our case, and maybe we could help you get your pictures too.
