Bad Service, Rude Employees. I too ordered a gift basket for a friend. Instead of delivery what i ordered, it looks like they went to the local dollar store and picked up 5 dollars worth of junk and delivered that instead. I called them the next day after I discovered what had happened and the employee was rude and told me I could not get a refund. First of all they delivered not what I ordered and second of all they ruined the occasion so you cant just pretend nothing bad happened.

Calls to the owner of the company go unanswered. Next step will be contacting the BBB and the Georgia attorney general about the business practice of this sad place.

Worst Florist in Savannah GA. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! First off, I ordered flowers in the early a.m. and they never got delivered! I called all throughout the day to see if my flowers had made it to their destination, and the owner was SO RUDE!!! She had the nerve to say I was stressing her out.....I mean really cause she is the one paying for all this right.....!!!!!?? Warning: Do not order from Ribbons and Roses they are a very bad and un-educated business!!!!
