This is in response to the review below. I am having a hard time believing this is a legitimate review. One, we have no pregnant employees. Second, we clean the spa every morning and evening after closing. As far as the comment about smoking, the staff is not allowed to smoke on the front porch but I will look into that. As far as management, this person never spoke with anyone in management.Two days before this review was written one of the previous owners came in and wanted to "look" around. She did not receive any services. She was also less than friendly to my staff and made a comment about not liking the blanket in ONE of our rooms. The spa was under renovations at the time she came in, but all of our clients were informed of this at the time of scheduling and given the option to schedule at a later date. Everyone has been completely understanding and supportive of all of the improvements we have been making. I find it strangely "coincidental" that this review popped up just a couple of days after the previous owner came by, and the name of the reviewer is the previous namers name.

Terrible, dirty, unprofessional, negative atmosphere. I went to this spa recently and pulling in the parking lot noticed two people smoking cigarettes on the front porch. Come to find out one of them was my Massage Therapist! I should have left then but didn't realize they were actually employees. The place was unclean, the draping was sloppy, I felt like the blankets they used were somewhat trashy because they were leopard print, and gave me the wrong impression. One of the ladies was pregnant and stomping around obviously very upset about something which made me uncomfortable to even be there. The management at this spa has absolutely no tact or professionalism. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

A SPA FOR EVERYONE. TAKE IT FROM ONE WHO HAS TRIED MANY DAY SPAS IN SAVANNAH THIS ONE IS GREAT. NO YOU WONT BE GREATER LIKE YOU WERE AT ONE OF THOSE TOFFEE NOSE DRESS SHOPS ON BROUGHTON STREET INSTEAD YOU WILL BE WARMLY WELCOMED AND VALUED AS A CUSTOMER AND IF THAT ISNT ENOUGH TREAT YOURSELF TO A MASSAGE BEST I HAVE HAD IN SAVANNAH SO STOP READING THIS AND MAKE YOUR APOINTMENT ENJOY !!!!!
