Enraged. I had a them do a sew-in about 3 weeks ago. Woke up this morning to comb my hair and i will be da*&ed my weave is coming out. It will be a cold rainy day in hell when i let anyone in that place touch my hair again. First of all you doni know how to do my hair the way that i want it done, now this!!!! Tha did it for me i will never ever go back there!!!!
A life saver!!. After a bad experience with another African braiding salon today, I called and Moma got me right in, vey pleasant people who care about what they're doing. Moma got me in and out, in 5 hours, it was quick ive had mcros before and it took much longer.Moma didn't stop for a break she just worked right through. A very positive experience and I definitely would reccomed this salon to anyone who's asks.
Great Work!. I had a great experience at this shop. They started right away and finished my twist within 4 hrs. I have nothing negative to say about the service, but the shop needs some work. BAD! All in all I am pleased and would go back again.
Never Go To Fatou's For Yarn Dreads !!!!!!!.
I called to ask if they do yarn dreads and was told yes !!!
I had to wait 3 hrs for the girl to come from SC. Then she didn't even know how to do them another older lady had to tell her how to cut and loop the yarn . When cutting the yarn she cut some to short and some to long needless to say I was completely blowed beause she didnt know what the hell she was doing !!!!! For $ 180.00
it should have been perfect. I had to instruct her on how to do them I have been wearing them for two years and can do them myself... But just wanted to treat myself because I was going out of time... But I will be doing them myself for now on...They are unprofessional and feel like you owe them something.... They put 2 and 3 people on your head pulling it in all directions.
not in this lifetime will I ever go back to Fatou's in Savannah .............
Don't Waste Your money!!!.
First of all, they are very unprofessional! The shop is supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. The stylists all came at 8:00a.m.
I wanted cornrows and nobody wanted to do them. Finally, one person came through the door willing to do them. I showed her a picture and of course she claimed to be able to do them.
Long story short, my hair looked nothing like the picture. I went on a Saturday and by Thursday I was taking that mess out of my hair. Don't even get me started on the knots and how bad my head hurt!!!!
Save your money...go someplace else :)
I only get Sew-ins. They open at 7 am!!! I'm the first in their door and the first to leave. I love this shop. My sew-ins last 5 months! I have not one complaint. Great service!
Stop!!!!!!. They make you wait forever, they tell you different prices, and the knot on the end meant I had to pay them to take them out and they did not care how they took them out. When they got done my hair was broken off very badly and had to be cut.
Save your money. I went in at 2pm and called before I went I wated for about two hours before someone started on me and did not leave there till 1040pm then on top of that in the frist week I lost 8 briads because the knots was not done right
THE QUALITY S U C K S !!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. I have gotten my hair braided about 4 times at this shop. I have never been satisfied. They are fast braiders but the quality is lacking. They don't ask you how you want your braids to fall/lay and everytime I have one there, my braids start falling out after 1-3 days. My hair was braided on feb 13th, on the 14th 2 braids have fallen out. It is now the 17th and so many of my braids are loose I can't count. Plus the braids in the middle are much bigger than the edges.
Savanah's best hair braiding shop. Fatou's is the best place to go for hair braiding. Their braids are so neat and proffesional. They take no time in getting it done. I recommend this place to anyone.
