Dont eat at carrey Hilliards. I have visited the Carey Hilliards on 3316 skidaway many times. Every time I go the food gets worse and worse. They severed my family re-fried fries “horrible”. I do not understand what kind of establishment would do such a thing. Nevertheless they even sold me some so called fish bites, which I have eaten before and now it’s a different fish and breading; but yet they charge more for a worse dish. The fish was thin as an Austin gratin potato, not to mention it was hard and inedible. It took nearly 30 min for them to cook my food, and then get bad food when they finally do bring it. The Mac & Cheese simply cheap taste, pretty sure its powered cheese, not quality...!!! They have a big sign that says no cell phones and I walk in and the hostess that should be greeting us is texting her boyfriend. This restaurant has poor quality food, inconsistent service and food, and an unprofessional staff. I would advise anyone, do not waste your time or money on carey hilliards.

did not live up to the hipe. we ate dinner here on a sat. nite in october i read the reviews and this is why we went. maybe we were there on an off nite but all four of use agreed that it was a poor seafood dinner. i am not hard to please but i think we could have gotten a better meal at long lohn silvers or any other fast food joint. on an up note the service was very good and the place was clean and bright. will not return.

Great food for a great price.. We've eaten at several more expensive places in Savannah but always come back to Carey Hilliards. The food is good and fresh, the portions are huge, and the prices are very, very reasonable. You can spend time waiting in line somewhere else or more money; but why would you?

Unbelievable!. I am curious as to why this group of restaurants is rated this low. You get a ton of food for your money and, it is very good food. One of my favorites for many,many years. Makes me want to visit Savannah right now! Look out! Here I come!
