If you're looking to reach the REAL MANAGEMENT (HEADQUATERS) for The Links at Georgetown...here's a link tarragonmanagementcom
I found this by doing a search via Savannah's Acessor's Dept. (website) here's a link for that: prc.chathamcountyorg , plugged in address of The Links, and came up with the "Property Record Card." You can do this for ANY piece of property (it's all public information), you can then "hunt" down the real people to talk to if you have a problem! Hope this helps anyone looking to contact ANY property management company's headquaters!!
