Cobblestones has been recently purchased by another management company (10/07) and are working very hard to get all apartments back up to quality. In fact, my company has been hired to do some of the painting and cleaning to ready apartments for new tenants.

The office management has also changed and the maintenance staff is very competent and working very hard to fix all problems before anyone moves in. You would never find mold on anything now. They have some ways to go on fixing the exterior because the previous management did not spend the money on required repairs, just went for the quick fix.

It is a beautiful setting, very convenient to all major roads and worth taking a look at if you are in the market for an apartment in Georgetown.

Don't Rent here!!!

I would NOT recommend this property to anyone, they promise alot and deliver nothing. We reserved an apartment (with a deposit) two months ahead of time, they gave our first apartment to someone else then proceeded to do it again a second time. Upon move in our apartment had never been cleaned, there was food in the kitchen and black mildew/dirt build up in the bathrooms as well as numerous maintenance issues that were not fixed. We have lived here 3 1/2 months and to this day there are still things that have not been fixed. I have been renting properties for 10 years and have never experienced a property manager who is less capable of managing a property.
