The general manager at this property is
a complete psychopath. Her name is Brandy, and this woman is the most insufferable employee in "hospitality" that I've had to deal with in a very long time.
At first she seems alright, but my wife and I quickly came to find that she is passive-aggressive and has a double agenda. This woman attempted to FORCE HER WAY into our room at 11 am for a security check. Are you kidding me?
Also, she insulted us behind our backs to another employee, and the guests nextdoor told us about it. How polite.
Eventually, Brandy kicked us out because we turned down housekeeping. We cleaned the room ourselves and saw no need to have them help. No one ever told us we couldn't turn housekeeping away. Then at 9 a.m. on rent day, she calls me and tells me we have to be out in three hours. I had to call into work for this crap, and lost an entire day's salary.
Worst experience I've had with an employee in over a decade. Also, there's an apparent bug problem at this hotel. Orkin sprays about every other week. It's not working too well. The rooms are small and smell like smoke. The hotel is right next to train tracks and an airport, so you hear loud planes and trains all night. Don't plan on sleeping well.
