Stood up for Portrait Appointment. We made an appt for family portraits with Lori, 3 weeks in advance, prior to my husband's deployment to Iraq. We emailed back & forth with a final agreement of time & place. The day of the appt, Lori never showed. I called, texted emailed, etc. To this day, no call, no apology...NOTHING. My husband was deploying the next week! I had the person who referred find out what happened. I was worried she was in an accident or some kind of emergency. The friend told me she said "We must have confused our dates because she had another appt at that time." If this is the case, why have I not been contacted for missing the appt? I still have all the emails/correspondence confirming date, time & place. I can only assume she got a better offer! Shameful to do to a family sending their soldier to war!!!!! I'm giving it 1 star, only because it will not allow NO stars.
