Wonderful, warm employees. My husband and I purchased a Munire nursery set for our baby who is to arrive in April. It only took 2 weeks to receive and, Eric, the owner offered to keep it in storage until we were ready for it. It is being delivered and set up at our house this evening. I have never had an unpleasant experience in this store and feel good buying from folks who obviously know their product lines. It has been a very pleasant experience for us thanks to the friendly, supportive staff.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!. I ordered baby furniture and a glider from this store. It has been 6 months (my daughter is 12 weeks now) and I finally had to ask for my money back on the glider and rails for the bed (to convert into adult bed). I had to order the rails from a store in Atlanta and have no idea how to get them here. I called the store multiple times, only to hear that the owner was not available. When I did finally get in touch, there was no apology. I had to order my chair from another store. This happened to another person in my office as well. Bottom line is, if you buy something from this store, don't expect to get your merchandise, and don't expect any decent customer service. They are awful!
Untrustworthy Business. We purchased our Orbit system from Punch & Judy in Savannah, GA. We returned to get the toddler seat and have had trouble getting all the parts from them. We made the mistake of buying the floor model and accepting an IOU on the braces (for forward facing position) and the sunshade. We have called and stopped by the store regularly to inquire about these pieces without luck. They often tell us that they have ordered parts from Orbit and the delay is because of the manufacturer (we found this not to be true). We were even told not to worry about the braces and use the base to face forward (manufacture states not to do this). As a result, we will not be purchasing another Orbit system from this retailer for our twins due in the spring and would recommend to all future potential Orbit customers to go elsewhere.
How are they still in business.
I purchased furniture from this store and never recevied it! I had to constantly call them and they always had an excuse why the owner could not talk to me. I had to eventually visit the store myself. When I asked for my money back I was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee!!!
I should have known not to trust them. I felt like they were shady from the minute I stepped foot inside their store!!
