AVOID THIS STORE. Worst experience of my life!!!! Purchased my furniture- waited 6 months, owner refused to take my phone calls. Friends ordered a stroller for me - after waiting 4 months and being told lots of different stories, I got my money back. Ordered my stroller on lin and received it in 2 days. Their customer service is horrible and the owner is a jerk.

Great Service!. My husband and I had the best experience planning for our new baby in Punch and Judy. We relied on the knowledge and know-how of the staff to help us figure out the best crib for our baby. We ordered the furniture and received it a little earlier than expected. They set up the furniture for us in our nursery which was such a help since my husband was out of town when it was delivered and there's no way I could have put it together! I had a great experience and have recommended Punch and Judy to my friends.

Great Store. Punch and Judy is one of the only stores in Savannah with a selection of higher end baby items. The staff is friendly and helpful. My wife and I had no problems receiving our order on time and I would recommend this store to friends.

Wonderful Selection. Punch and Judy was the only store in Savannah that carried the exact Munire crib that I wanted. Their overall selection is awesome and the customer service I received was superb. My nursery is so beautiful because of the furniture I received from Punch and Judy.

Awesome Service!. I went in to Punch and Judy with my husband to buy furniture for our first child due in August. The service we experienced was above and beyond anything we ever expected. The sales staff was super helpful and gave us very candid reviews of the furniture they had in the store. They actually recommended a mid-range crib NOT the most expensive thing in the store. The furniture arrived on time and looks beautiful! My husband and I have been back several times to purchase clothing and other items for the baby and have always been treated like friends.

Excellent Experience. My wife and I are expecting our first child this summer and purchased our nursery furniture from Punch and Judy. The furniture arrived on time and in excellent condition. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful when I called with questions about my order. I spoke with the owner, Eric, several times during my initial visit and subsequent visits to order more items for the nursery. He was always helpful and recommended items based on usefulness and quality--not what costs the most. I would definitely recommend Punch and Judy to my friends.

Great service, caring staff!. Went into the store looking for a crib for my new child. The staff showed me several different cribs. The owner, Eric, even came over to offer his advice. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive crib and made sure what I bought would be right for me and last for years to come. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the way I was treated. You can bet I'll go back often!

WE LOVE PUNCH AND JUDY OF SAVANNAH, GA!. It really bothers me to read some of these reviews about one of our favorite stores in Savannah. Throughout our pregnancy journey, my husband and I made many, many trips to Punch And Judy! Everything was a very positive experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful in every way. Being pregnant with my first child, I was reading every book and internet article possible to find out everything I needed to know about car seats, strollers, nursery furniture, toys, bedding, etc.... I had bought this great book, called "Baby Bargains" which rated all of the above baby items.... I researched EVERYTHING! Punch and Judy was familiar with my book and even had it in their store! All of the top rated products that I had found in my book, were in the store! We ordered a Munire Crib, bookcase, and dresser which is absolutely beautiful and top quality. It was delivered to our house and assembled, which was a huge help! When it was time for our baby girl's crib to get lowered, Eric came out and lowered it himself! He even took the time to adjust the shelves in her bookcase. We also were very pleased with our Valco stroller. Everyone was very helpful. Punch and Judy is a beautiful store with lots of unique baby items. It is colorful and inviting. Punch and Judy took great care of us in preparation for our baby and after she was born. I highly recommend Punch and Judy. Top quality items and top quality customer service! We love them!

AVOID PUNCH AND JUDY LIKE THE PLAGUE!. I pray that you will all read this! So listen up and be warned!

Never ever buy anything from Punch and Judy in Savannah, Ga! They will rip you off and you will not receive anything for at least 5 months...if you are lucky! They will lie to you and tell you everything has has been ordered, when in reality...they pocket your money and then avoid you, your phone calls and your store visits!

Eric, the owner is a liar, he's rude and downright unprofessional. My wife even called me crying that this swindler had not delivered on anything he promised. One time when we visited Punch and Judy to inquire about our $6k order placed 4 months back, this one older lady working there said to my wife that if you want your money back..."that is your perogative and you won't need any of the furniture you ordered right away anyway"... are you kidding me. Wow!!! How is this place still in business???

Don't let this place ruin your special and cherished nursery planning like they did for my wife and I.

Your pregnancy is suppose to be fullfilled with wonderful moments... and stressing about baby cribs, dresser, stroller, glider etc... should not be one of them. Afterall this guy is local. However, he could care less how he treats his customers. A local newspaper here in town just named them baby store of the year. lol what a joke. I guess if you buy an ad in their paper, you automatically win this b.s award. Clearly no one at Connect Savannah has ever shopped here before.

It took us calling our credit card company 5 months later and filing a formal complaint before the owner even placed the order. Only when he discovered that our credit card company was going to chargeback several thousand dollars to his account, did he finally place the order. what a sham!

I have never written a negative review until now. However i felt compelled to warn all expectant families to avoid this place like the plague and hope that you will never experience what my wife and i did with this horrible company. If you live in savannah, shop at "Just For Baby" instead. The owner and staff were wonderful and sympathetic to our previous experience! If you can't find what you are looking for, go online. for god sakes whatever you do...never ever set foot into Punch and Judy...and if you do...don't say we didn't warn you!

STAY AWAY FROM PUNCH AND JUDY. In Spetember of '09 we ordered a Creations crib from Punch and Judy, paid in full. After being told on multiple occastons during November, December, and January that our crib was on the way (our check has been cashed) we contacted the CEO at Creations who explained that our crib had not been ordered. Punch and Judy lied t us over and over again, and that is only when they would return our calls. A few occasions, we went to the store to confront them and the owner would not ever come out to the retail area to speak with us.

They successfully took one of the most joyful aspects to nursery planning and ruined it. We're not alone either, after mentioning our story to freinds and family, we're just one of many disgruntled customers.

We simply wanted what we paid for, and the CEO of creations made sure that happened. We paid for our crib in September, and recieved it in Feb.

STAY AWAY!!
