Exceptional product knowledge. These people really know what they're talking about! I have worn leather and furs for years now, and it is so hard to find salespeople that are knowledgable...the folks at Kirschner were able to answer all of my questions and even taught me some new things that I didn't know. Since they have storage, cleaning and repair facilities on-site, I'll never buy from or take my furs anywhere else.
