Some say "Best kept Secret", I say, keep it a secret!. I've had cake from here before and the cake was beautiful and tasted awesome. HOWEVER, I ordered a cake for my daughter's college graduation and it was the worst experience ever. The first problem was the name on the cake was spelled wrong; this should have been a hint. During ordering I asked whether or not I could travel with the cake three hours away (if not, I would not order one from Savannah). I was assured me the order taker and the owner (Meggan) that the cake would hold up with no problems, "we do it all the time, as long as the A/C was running in the car". After driving an hour, I peeped in the box and the icing had melted completely off the bottom layer, the second layer icing was sliding (this layer had the name on it, so the name was ruined), and the fondue (an extra $15 per piece) fell. By the time I called (Friday) they were closed, I left a message for someone to call me as soon as they opened Saturday. No one called. I called Monday and was told, by the owner "All I can do is say I'm sorry because we don't offer refunds ever". I wish I would have known they had a new owner which may have changed my mind.
