Great Place!!! Great Service!!!. These guys fixed the problem that I encountered at Rincon Transmission. I had all my bolts and a brand new rebuilt transmission with a warranty. I love these guys!!!

Absolutely Horrible Experience!. If there was a chance not to choose a star, I would, because they don't even deserve one. If you were going to take your car here , STOP! DONT! It would be the worst mistake of your life!!!! We took our car here for the transmission to get fixed. First of they told us they had to get the transmission out to be able to run a diagnostic, WRONG!! (and we know this cause this wasn't the first place we took it to) Unfortunately we made the mistake of falling for it, then the phone call came, it was going to be $2500, then another phone call saying the computer was bad and it was going to be an additional $1000. The first place we took it to had no problems with the computer so we denied the new computer. We get the car back in 2 weeks and it doesnt work right. OK, we take it back, get the computer rebuilt, another 2 weeks passes by, and another $500 later, IT STILL DOESNT WORK RIGHT!! You would think for $3000 these people could be capable of fixing a freakin transmission, but no! and on top of it, we get a smartass comment every time we call and tell them their work was shotty that they need to fix it. We had a mechanic look at the car after the repairs, there are BOLTS missing in the car and transmission fluid leaking in the engine. They unplugged the cruise control and claimed that they have not messed with it, we found it unplugged underneath the car. We are not the only one, We reached another local who paid $3000 to Mr Transmission and had to pay another $3000 for another place to get her car fixed, and you can find links to other complaints if you search it on google, please do check it out!

Listen to others experiences with this company and DO NOT take your car there! EVER!!!! I'm surprised how they are still in business
