The best ENT. We have been seeing Dr. Poole for 3 yrs. My son had 3 sets of tubes done in NY by the "best" drs. When we moved here we went to another Ent & he examined my son for 5 min & declared he needed tubes. We went to Dr. Poole & he followed him dor 2 yrs before we decided to do set number 4. It worked. The first 3 sets would fall out. Not this set. His staff is exceptional, his demeanor with children is just wonderful. I would never see another Dr!!!

A great doctor.. Dr. Poole was so kind and really listened to our concerns about our son. We had been to another ENT in town who told us after one minute with us that our son needed tubes. When we told him we would like to get a second opinion, he became upset. Dr. Poole actually called us himself a few days after the surgery to see how our son was doing. He is great with children! He had our son giggling instead of crying.

We later realized that Dr. Poole specializing in pediatric ENT and has for most of his career. However, when my Mom was having some hearing problems, he was happy to see her.
