Best experience ever -- twice!. This is the second renovation project I've done with Stephen in four years. He's simply the best: knowledgeable, straightforward, efficient, responsive and respectful. His crew is skilled, hard-working, punctual, and careful to maintain a clean, orderly worksite. Our home in The Landings is a part-time residence and good communications are essential when doing a "remote" renovation. He's the only builder I trust to do this.

recommendation. Mr. Steven Brannen has work on a number of mid-sized construction projects on two homes owned in The Landings. We are now venturing on a larger remodeling job and I would trust my house to no one else. He does what is promised, and never with major issues. If he encounters a problem, he doesn't skip past it, just to complete the task. And most importantly, he has a talented team of professionals.

As a remote owner wishing to be permenently in Savannah, he is only one of two people I trust to provide a key to my home and without reservation.
