Excellent Steak. Our server, Amanda, suggested that the steak wash and cut and very tender. My wife an I both chose the 6oz filet. Wow! It was very tasty and extremely tender and juicy. Besides the hearty baked potato, they added a nice touch with the steamed snow peas on the plate. The meal was a little pricey, but we had a decent river view and the service was good. This is definitely worth a visit.

BEST FOOD ON THE RIVER!. Our family just left Savannah. We loved Boar's Head so much we ate there two days in a row. The "Savannah Shrimp Salad Sandwich" and pasta salad were DELICIOUS, the Sweet Tea was GREAT! Wonderful service and reasonable prices. Great view of the river.

Can't wait to go back to Boar's head!

Great food and atmosphere. The meals were delicious, I even ordered a vegetarian meal that are sometimes chancy, but this was DELICIOUS! The restaurant is right on the riverside and the decor inside is very neat. My service was pretty good. No complaints.

Great Food Terrible Service. I visited this restaurant on a recent visit to Savannah, I must admit the food was very good

but the service that was provided by my Waitress Amanda R left alot to be desired, My glass stayed empty for more than 20 minutes and when she finally showed up I asked her for the check and it took her another 15 minutes to return with a refill but no check. I finally got my check but almost missed my 9:30 tour :( thanks Amanda
