a very cool, fun locals bar.
If you are visiting Savannah or even live there, and looking for cool place to hangout at night, go to Bay Street Blues. If its the locals bar feel you seek, and not the tourist, commercial atmosphere, or elegant, go there. i recently spend a month in savannah, and went to this place at least three times a week. Towards the end of the week, it got very busy. Bonnie and the rest of the staff are very friendly and provide attentive service. From a guy's perspective, it has a good mix of guy to girl ratio.They have live music at times during the week. there is also karaoke, for those who want to sing, those want to "sing" after enough of their favorite shot, and for those who just want to watch. If you feel the urge to get up and dance, by all means, do so, you won't be alone. You can also get good food there. I met some very cool people there. i miss Bay Street Blues.
P.S. don't even think about trying to break record on "treasure hunt", its on the electronic game at the end of the bar.

Best Bar In Town!!. We LOVE Bay Street Blues, Bonnie (the owner) and all of the bartenders!!! The Kareoke crew is also the best!! We drive from out of town about once a month just to visit Bay Street Blues. In fact we are having our wedding reception there. If you like a casual atmosphere and an awesome time you have to visit Bay Street Blues!!!!

ARMY MIKE'S FAVORITE LITTLE BAR. LET ME START BY SAYING THAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC ATMOSPHERE, FOR INSTANCE ELEGANT, SOPHISTICATED,... , THEN GO WHERE EVER YOU NEED TO. IF YOU WANT TO HANG OUT AT A COOL LITTLE PLACE WHERE THE DRINKS ARE COLD, THE WOMEN ARE HOT AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY, GO HERE. THIS IS THE MOST LAID BACK, NON-PRETENTIOUS, FUN AND FRIENDLY PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN ON A WEEKEND IN SAVANNAH. THERE ARE NO PREJUDICES HELD HERE. AL ARE WELCOME TO COME IN AND HAVE A BALL.
