Out of this world!. My wife and I were traveling to Augusta for the Masters Tournament. I told her of this restaurant that I had eaten at in 1989. I wanted to take her there and also to see if anything had changed. We got there around 5:30 pm and were seated right away. Our waiter was excellent. I told him of my previous visit and what I had while there. Well, the Pine Bark Stew was still on the menu and the famous Chatam Artillery Punch as well. My wife had a seafood dish that was out of this world. Yes, some things never change and I look forward to our next visit to the Factory. Thank you for the keeping nostalgia.

Excellent food and service. We just ate lunch at The Shrimp Factory. The food was excellent as was the service. First we shared the shrimp and crab puffed pastry which was excellent. Homemade muffins and the Caesar Salad, which was tossed in a huge bowl by our table, was brought to us. The muffins were good and the fresh salad was wonderful that included:

food was wonderful!. I brought my wife and two of our friends to The Shrimp Factory on April 29, 2009 for dinner and it was excellent. The service was very professional, the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was fantastic! I had the Shrimp Peppered and it was amazing!! I would recommend this place to everyone, It was just a fantastic experience!!!

Great service!. Our server was friendly and very helpful from the time we walked into the restaurant. We have never had shrimp scampi cooked in a brown butter sauce! This dinner choice was the best my husband could have made. We would love the recipe. I had the fried shrimp, which were so lightly fried it did not take away from the wonderful flavor of the shimp. We both had dessert, and of course we started with the seafood bisque, which was filled with many different kinds of fish. This is a definite go back place. And right on the river!

Reasonably priced with very good food. The shrimp was very good as well as the service. The entrees were reasonably priced, better than the $$$$ rating given by Urbanspoon. Check it out if you visit Savannah. It's located on the riverfront.

Incredible food and cooked perfectly. We got to the shrimp factory for an early dinner 4 pm maybe getting there that early played a part in how incredible the food was so fresh and cooked perfectly. No wait for a table we will make this our must go to place in Savannah! We both got the fried shrimp :)

A must try. The Pine Bark Stew is my favorite here. And the Shrimp Factory Salad is wonderful! Great location right on River Street! A must try!
