Outstanding Lunch Spot. Best sandwiches and tomato bisque soup ever. We ordered take-out and sat by our hotel pool with our lunch from Soho South - we only wished every restaurant we visited was so fantastic. Enjoy the food & the art - cool place.
Perfect Local Spot. This place was one my girlfriend found on the internet and we were very impressed. We were visiting Savannah and were looking for a local place where we could escape the touristy stuff and get a good meal for a decent price. The lunch menu made it very hard for me to choose, but I ended up having the chicken salad sandwich and a cup of NE Clam Chowder. Both were very good and very reasonable in price. Overall, the lunch menu is pretty typical, sandwiches, soups, and salads. The atmosphere was very unique and pretty cool as the place doubles as an art gallery of sorts. We were visiting during the off-season for tourists, so I can't say that it is always a local scene, but during our visit it seemed like a very local feel. To quote my mother, "If the locals go there, then it has to be good."
Great Lunch. This was a great find for lunch. The decor was very artsy and so was the wait staff. It's obvious that the locals enjoy going there, so that's always a good sign for an out-of-towner. It was pretty busy for lunch on a February Thursday, but because it's not a tiny place, I was seated right away. The service was good, but I would not call it outstanding. The choices on the menu were soup, salads, and sandwiches... they all looked great. I had the BLT. The herb mayo, dijon mustard, and flaky croissant made it amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for a sandwich at a casual and unique restaurant.
SoHo is So So.
I was expecting more when we went for brunch. The dishes seemed a bit too conceptual. The prices were high and the service lacked. The atmosphere is ..... interesting. Kinda like a schizophrenic interior designer did it. If you are looking for something different this may be it.

Yuuuuuuuumy. An old repair garage converted to an art gallery, book store, and restaurant is the setting of this unique restaurant. Open just for lunch, the food is unique, very good, and the prices are reasonable. Mix in professional servers and this restaurant is a diamond-in-the-rough. Everything on the menu is good...even for the kids.
