Moderately priced hotel chain offers a clean, consistent stay and complimentary breakfast..
In Short
Part of the Hilton hotel family, this chain caters to travelers by offering high-quality accommodations at mid-range rates. Amenities include complimentary in-room high-speed Internet access, coffeemakers, irons and portable lap desks. Coffee and tea are offered round-the-clock in the lobby, and a free breakfast buffet with items like muffins, eggs, sausage and fruit is served daily. Fax service is available at the front desk.
Perfect location. The location on East Bay Street is perfect for exploring the entire central city by foot. Underground parking was a much-welcomed plus, so that we could rest assured that our car was out of sight and safer than in a regular lot. The breakfast is adequate but ample, featuring coffees, teas, juice, cereal, fruit, bagels, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, sticky buns, and muffins. We found it all perfectly edible, and we happily charged up on a free meal before hitting the pavement. Our standard king room was well appointed and comfortable. The bed linens were a higher quality than a lot of hotels we'd stayed at elsewhere; the bed itself was also comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. The only problem I had, being a light sleeper, was some faint street and hallway noise. Other than that, no complaints at all. Great hotel for the money.
Nice hotel, great location. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the historic district. You can get everywhere on foot, just bring comfortable shoes! The rooms were nice & clean (although the decorator should be fired!), the staff was friendly, & the continental breakfast was really good. They even serve until 11am! (For that lazy Savannah atmosphere, I'm sure.) As with most hotels in the area, you have to pay to park. Overall, the hotel was a little pricey but much better than most nearby. Definitely recommended!
