Awesome. Awesome! One of the highlights of our trip to Savannah! We ordered the Sampler platter for the 3 of us, and there was enough food left over for another person, and we were stuffed. The platter came out piled high with crab legs, stone crab claws, crawfish, mussels, shrimp, corn, smoked sausage and potatoes. I really wanted to get a low country boil while on this trip, and we definitely came to the right place. I may dream about this meal, it was so yummy. The food was so delicious, and what a fun experience! You will get messy, but that's part of the fun. And the atmosphere is really fun, too. Loved the lighting and the trees growing right up through the dining room, the well fed cats roaming around outside. We wandered around during the 30 minute wait for a table and looked at the boats, the alligators, the parrots, the gift shop, took pics with the various kitschy things, such as a turtle dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow. Yes, it is touristy, but every now and then you find a touristy place that really justifies the crowd, and this is it. NOT to be missed!

Best seafood. Best seafood I had while in Savannah! The atmosphere is fun and the alligators are so cool to look at and feed! Lots of cats run around but we didn't have any problems with them! Will come back again!

Extremely subpar, uncooked shrimp..
My brother, myself and his girlfriend visited the Crab Shack for lunch a few days ago.
The shrimp that his girlfriend ordered was undercooked, we ended up feeding it to the cats they have wandering around.
His crab had tons of shells mixed in the 'meat', so much that it was hard to pick them all out. Not just small pieces, but large pieces.
My kosher dog was very oily as well, and they didn't even have any condiments such as ketchup or mustard, just an average looking hot dog on a bun.
I'd not recommend it to anyone, and I'll not be coming back.
