I will never return. I am appalled at how the server was towards us. We came in, sat down... weren't waited on for 10 minutes and then the server finally paid us some attention. She comes by, slams a white serving paper down, menus and utensils... takes our drink order, brought my soda but not my bf's beer... comes back 5 minutes later and says the bartender is being slow... come back 5 minutes later and takes our food order, says nothing about the beer... and leaves for another 10 minutes. By this time, we're getting kinda urked because we drove 4 hours down from Atlanta... and not to be treated like that. I understand that it was St. Patty's weekend and people do have bad days BUT, they weren't even busy. After waiting 30 minutes.. we were done, granted we had put in our order... he still hadnt gotten his beer and there's just no excuse for it. We didnt drive 4 hours for people to be rude to us, if we wanted that... we could've just stayed in Atlanta. We got up and walked out... went a few steps to Bernies around the corner, where the food and beer was awesome and the server was a sweetheart. Not to mention, they acually have a great raw bar... Fannies doesn't have that but they do have flies swarming around the table and smacking up against the windows overlooking the beach.

The Real-Deal Seafood Shack! Great Price's, Drink's and Locals!. This past summer while visiting Savannah, we went to a real tourist trap on Tybee Island, "Crab" or something. We wanted to just come back to Atlanta, but we went back out to the beach the next day at Tybee. We found a true tacky, in a good way, seafood shack, called "Fannie's" It was perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Just straight forward fried seafood baskets. Oh so fresh, with the jumbo shrimp being our favorite. Our female server was a little burly, but very nice. We asked her what to do the rest of the afternoon, and she said to go upstairs to the Tea Dance that Fannie has every Sunday afternoon. Up we went, and wow, about a 100 or so women, doing a Texas line dance. Well being a couple of guys from Atlanta, we just jumped right in. Those girlz in Savannah know how to party, and cook also.
